A recent Fortune magazine article beautifully illustrates how college students/grads and other job seekers these days need to get creative if they want to get hired.
“Creative” doesn’t mean resorting to gimmicks, as the magazine’s simply named “How to Get a Job” piece reveals. Instead, it calls for outworking your competitors, in terms of both research and demonstrating—specifically and clearly—what type of problem(s) you can solve for the hiring organization. (more...)
