This article is right in that networking is an essential component to making yourself known out in a growing world. I recently went on a trip to Washington D.C. where I visited places such as NBC, National Geographics, CSPAN, and ABC as well as met with a publicist, web designer and members of NFIB.
ReplyDeleteBefore this trip I had no idea how many successful people there are out there that are willing to help you. I didn't have an honest idea about what networking meant but after this trip I realized I had done exactly that. I had been networking for a week straight. Meeting with these people and really getting to know them; whether that be asking questions or simply listening to them speak. They were more than wiling to not only share their experiences with us but give us their contact information in the chance that we may need a hand one day or a foot in the door.
It has been a pleasure to read the different articles in it, I'm subscribing to your rrs feed right now.. Thanks!
